How to make Stir Fry Beef with Broccoli and Shiitake Mushroom

I just came back from Baguio recently (a separate blog will be posted soon) and one of the things you can do there is to buy vegetables. You can purchase veggies there at a very cheap price. Broccoli in Manila will cost you around 200 to 300 per kilo depends where you buy. When we went to the “Strawberry Farm” at La Trinidad Benguet, they were selling Broccoli for PHP 100 ($1.90) per 3 kilos! And that was absolutely a steal! I immediately thought of Cooking a Stir Fry Beef with Broccoli
